Successful Herbal Senses UK online retail purchase orders received after 10am daily will be processed the following working day (Herbal Senses UK online retail does not operate on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

All deliveries of Herbal Senses UK retail products should reach the stated delivery address within 3-4 working days.

FREE delivery for purchases of UK50 total value and above, where else a flat rate of UK6 will be charged for purchases of UK50 and below.

For deliveries returned to Herbal Senses Company Limited due to recipients none responds to the shippers deliver attempts, will be charged for the re-processing and re-delivery, even if the initial delivery was free.
